1. What if I forget my password?

Click the “Forgot Password” link, enter your email, and we will send a secure reset link valid for 30 minutes. Follow the link to choose a new password immediately.

SMS codes can be delayed by some mobile carriers or app blockers. Check your number, disable SMS blockers, then request a new code after a couple of minutes. If the issue persists, email support@f8marketplace.com.

You get an order confirmation email immediately after checkout and a digital invoice once payment clears. Invoices are also downloadable from the Orders section in your account.

Select the “Register” button, complete the required information, and verify your email. Registered users enjoy saved addresses, quick checkout, and complete order history.

Ordering
1. What payment methods are accepted?

We securely accept:

  • Visa, Mastercard, and American Express
  • Debit cards
  • Stripe-powered Apple Pay and Google Pay

Once your order ships, we send an email with the tracking number and a link to track it. You can also log into your account to view delivery updates for every order.

You can request a change or cancellation within two hours before we dispatch your package. Email support@f8marketplace.com with your order number right away to make updates.

Absolutely. We process payments via Stripe with SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliance, and we never store full card numbers on our servers.

Shipping
1. How long does delivery take?

UK deliveries arrive within 2-4 business days. Orders placed before 12 PM ship the same day (Mon-Fri); orders placed over the weekend ship the next working day.

Shipping rates are:

  • Standard Delivery – £5.50 (2-4 business days)
  • Free Delivery on orders over £50

Address changes are only possible before dispatch. Contact support right away with your order number; once the parcel leaves our warehouse, we cannot reroute it.

If the carrier shows the parcel as delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbours first. Then open a claim with the carrier and notify us at support@f8marketplace.com so we can support the investigation.

We specialise in laptops, tablets, monitors, audio gear, smart home devices, and accessories from brands such as Apple, Samsung, HP, Dell, Lenovo, and more.

Every product page clearly states whether an item is new or certified refurbished. Refurbished units are fully tested, cleaned, and come with the same warranty as new stock.

Yes. Email sales@f8marketplace.com with the SKUs and quantities you need, and we will provide a tailored quote for business or volume purchases.

Most products include a 3-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Some products offer longer coverage—check the product detail tab for each item’s warranty period.
