Step 1

Email returns@f8marketplace.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number, reason, and any relevant photos.

Step 2

We review the request and reply with a pre-paid label for defects or instructions if a fault is confirmed.

Step 3

Pack the item in its original condition with accessories. Drop it at the suggested carrier or schedule a pick-up.

Step 4

Once we inspect the item, we process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement.

Send photos of the damage or fault, along with your order number, to returns@f8marketplace.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping, once we confirm the issue.
