Pack the item in its original condition with accessories. Drop it at the suggested carrier or schedule a pick-up.

Damaged or defective items

Send photos of the damage or fault, along with your order number, to returns@f8marketplace.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping, once we confirm the issue.
